Granola. 3c whole rolled oats, 1½c mixed nuts and seeds, ¼c brown sugar, ⅓c maple syrup, splash vanilla, ½tsp salt, ⅓c low-flavour oil. Mix well. Spread out thin on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake 325℉ for 30 minutes. Optionally add raisins after it comes out of the oven.
